RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ON CLOTHING AND FOOTWEAR ONLY
If you wish to return an item of clothing or footwear purchased online from Moss and Wild, we will be happy to issue a refund, provided the item is unused with the original tags still attached and is returned within 14 days of receipt. Postage costs will not be refunded.
The following conditions also apply:
No returns, refunds or exchanges accepted on reduced sale items.
The item must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and it must not smell of perfume, deodorant or body odour - please take due care when trying on your order.
For hygienic reasons bodysuits etc cannot be returned.
Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer. Moss and Wild will reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in new, unused condition.
Returned items can also be processed as a store credit to the customer, allowing you to revisit our online store to either purchase a different item or the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. Returns are processed within 2 business days of receiving your items. You will receive an email with details of the store credit. Store credits can only be used online.
Our full returns policy applies to all online orders made using Afterpay. Refunds can be processed using Afterpay - any money paid will be reimbursed and future payments cancelled.
All items are checked before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the garments you purchase from Moss and Wild. We are happy to replace or repair in the case of a manufacturing fault. Only if we are unable to replace or repair will we then offer a refund. Please email us if you believe your garment has a fault.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Moss and Wild may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products on your order. We will contact you should this occur. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
