- When will my order ship?

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your order. We aim for same day shipping for express shipping orders. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will ship on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Can I Click and Collect?

Yes we love Click and Collect! All you need to do is select 'In Store Collection' at the online check out and wait for your email confirmation that your order is ready to collect. Easy!
Please bring your email confirmation & photo ID with you for collection in store.
- Can I send a gift to someone and add a gift message?

We love gift wrapping! Let us know in the notes section at checkout and we'll make it look pretty and add your gift message with their parcel. Put the gift recipients address in the shipping details section and your own details in the billing section so you receive the receipt and they receive their beautiful gift without knowing how much you spent on it!
- Can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email which includes your Australia Post tracking number.

- How much will shipping cost?

We have free Australia Post standard shipping for orders over $200. Orders below $200 have a shipping fee of $9.95. Australia Post express shipping is $15.
Please note, heavy/large items such as furniture, mirrors & art are shipped via courier. As shipping is not able to be calculated during the checkout process, you may still purchase the item online, however shipping will be charged separately. Please contact us and we would be happy to arrange a shipping quote or discuss further.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on reduced sale items.
- What is your return policy?

Not loving your new purchase? No worries! We offer hassle-free change of mind returns on clothing and footwear up to 14 days after you receive your online order.
Change of Mind Refund Conditions:
- Change of mind returns are available for clothing or footwear only.
- No returns, refunds or exchanges accepted on reduced sale items.
- The item/s must be received in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all tags
still attached and it must not smell of perfume, deodorant or body odour - please
take due care when trying on your order. - For hygienic reasons bodysuits etc cannot be returned.
- Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to
the customer. Moss and Wild will reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in new, unused condition. - Shipping costs from online purchases and returns postage are non-refundable.
Faulty Item Returns:
All items are checked before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of
quality in the garments you purchase from Moss and Wild. We are happy to replace or repair in the case of a manufacturing fault. Only if we are unable to replace or repair will we then offer a refund. Please email us with your order number, details of the fault and photos if you believe your garment has a fault.Cancellation of Order:
Moss and Wild may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you
with the products on your order. We will contact you should this occur. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for
any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.In Store Purchases:
For purchases made in store at Moss and Wild, we will happily provide you with an
exchange or credit should you change your mind. - Can I return my Afterpay order?

Our full returns policy applies to all online orders made using
Afterpay. Refunds will be processed on Afterpay - any money paid will
be reimbursed and future payments cancelled. - How do I request a return?

To request a return, please use your email to login here and submit a return request.

2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for us.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive your refund.
